Brad & Kathy Baylor joined the ERA Coup Agency in May 2008. Prior to joining the agency, Brad worked for 28+ years at a local industry in various management positions. Kathy has 20+ years in the education and counseling fields. Brad's positions necessitated several relocations throughout the years, and made them realize the importance of having the highest degree of respect and professionalism in locating or selling a home. They look forward to assisting their friends and neighbors in all of their real estate needs.
Brad attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology and Kathy graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Master's Degree. Their combined business and education experience has positioned them to transition successfully into the real estate profession.
Brad & Kathy have five children and two grandchildren. They are active members of Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton. They are involved in foster parenting, a food distribution program, drama productions, and various children's ministries. Their interests include spending time with family, sporting activities, dancing, and traveling.
